Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Every day calls maintain 30 to 60 calls
∎ Proactively calling potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
∎ Managing a high volume of outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Responding to incoming calls from customers interested in the company's offerings.
∎ Providing detailed information and answering questions about products or services
∎ Crafting persuasive sales pitches tailored to the customer's needs and interests.
∎ Continuously improving sales scripts to enhance effectiveness
∎ Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
∎ Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
∎ Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
∎ Tracking personal sales metrics and striving to improve performance.
∎ Keeping up-to-date with product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
∎ Continuously learning about new products and services.
