∎ Bachelor/ Masters degree

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the direct guidance of Managing Director, implement policies, provide full professional HR & Compliance service to all the department and develop salary & benefit structure
∎ Prepare plan & implement a recruitment and selection policy & procedure.
∎ The candidate will be responsible for all kinds of job related to Factory Administration and Production.
∎ To ensure Factory production schedule maximizes our resources, minimizes waste & is strictly adhered to.
∎ Responsible for total safety and security of factory, specially from fire, explosion or any malicious damage .
∎ To be aware of stock position of raw materials, finished goods and daily stock report .
∎ To be updated with BD Labor Laws to deal with any discipline cases, cordial relationship with relevant Civil Administration/Political Personalities/ Local Elites
∎ Any emergency of the Factory (off hour), the Management would expect your immediate presence at factory to deal with any untoward situation.
∎ To develop a well organized and effective team and ensure the total quality of products

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having experience in Factory Development/ Operation with Bachelor/Masters degree in any Discipline (Having experience in Food/Beverage Industry will be given priority)

Salary: Negotiable
