Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree in food related field is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take overall responsibility for operation, quality, supply chain and commercial.
∎ Run implementation and ensure compliance with all quality, safety and operational procedures.
∎ Develop and implement a long-term sales strategy that drives future growth in local and foreign markets.
∎ Provide outstanding strategic business, sales, marketing, operational and financial leadership.
∎ Responsible for operations budget, analyze daily / weekly / monthly expenses of the plan to keep indirect and fixed costs within the criteria for meeting / exceeding corporate financial targets.
∎ Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
∎ Create and implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness within a business, organization.
∎ Develop company standards into international quality practices such as GMP, HACCP, BRC and other standard practices required.
∎ Resolve and prevent any production problems and / or abnormalities that may occur.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Covers 10+ years of management experience in sales, marketing, manufacturing and commercial activities in the food industry. Ideal experience will focus on the commercial management of food retailers.
∎ Demonstrated financial competence, including proven ability to plan and spend and manage projects on a budget.
∎ Provides strong experience in manufacturing, operations management, proven track record for driving change and results.
∎ A demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within groups to drive business growth.
