Job Context:
∎ We are a 100% export-oriented garments manufacturing group of company is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager / Deputy General Manager (Head of Production) for our Woven Shirt manufacturing factory.
∎ Job Location will be South Salna, Salna Bazar, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control the production floor and produce quality products to achieve production targets and maintain close liaison with the other departments.
∎ Maintain target setting of production.
∎ Conducting daily production meetings
∎ Ensure machine layout setting.
∎ Ensure production as per production planning.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring shipment in due time.
∎ Analyz sewing operations and make better sequences.
∎ Managing the balancing process of the sewing operation.
∎ Ensuring skill development of the sewing operations.
∎ Eliminating / Reducing non-value-added time from sewing operations.
∎ Coordinate with Merchandising and other departments about production and shipment.
∎ Arrange meetings with related subordinate production people when a new style is introduced in the production line.
∎ Ensure the availability of all kinds of production-related materials before production.
∎ Ensure that health and safety requirements are maintained all over the factory.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.

∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Leadership and relationship management.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.

∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
