• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• B.Sc Engineering (Civil) from any reputed University.
• IEB membership required; PMP or equivalent preferred.

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Hotel, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Tiles/Ceramic

• Age 40 to 50 years
• Only Male

Experience Requirements

• At least 7 year(s) working experience.

Other Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years working experience in similar position at reputed Real Estate Company.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate and Construction Firm.
• Working experience especially on high quality construction works and ability to handle all the project management work.
• Who must have strong personality and management guidance with all aspects of the organizational activities.
• He must have capable to interact with inter departments to resolve issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate appropriate strategy to promote developers business to achieve desired target.

• Execute and monitor daily/monthly/yearly work plan as set by the management.

• Supervise the work progress and performance of the subordinates on a regular basis.

• Ensure safety, security and discipline in the work places, offices and sites.

• Make all out efforts to earn maximum profit for the company using resources and authority.

• Make appropriate suggestions to management as and when required to improve the work efficiency for enhancing profit and uplifting working environment.

• Scheme preparation, measurement, calculation & supervision of infrastructural work.

• Check and finalize all the bills of the contractor related to Engineering works.

• Have an excellent communication ability to consult with architects, engineers and other technical personnel.
