Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the market and develop growth strategy and business plan.
∎ Develop and manage relationship with suppliers.
∎ Negotiate with the suppliers and develop procurement contracts
∎ Setup the price and display the products in retail stores and online market place.
∎ Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales;
∎ Evaluate competitors' activity and develop tactics to enhance the performance;
∎ Plan and execute effective marketing communication to attract the customers.
∎ Coach and train store teams on retail basics and store merchandizing
∎ Research business opportunities and viable income streams
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 8 - 10 years' retail sales or merchandising experience in a distribution or vendor company;
∎ Know-how in creating and implementing retail standards across different regions;
∎ Proven ability to drive sales plans;
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills;
∎ A proactive attitude, taking the initiative to act when needed and continuously striving for improvement
∎ Result oriented
∎ Should be familiar with the concept of digital marketing and digital technology of product purchase, storage and sales
∎ Should be ready to travel across the country
Salary: Negotiable
