Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree preferably in any discipline preferably in Social science/Social welfare/ Psychology/Anthropology/Law/Gender studies.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create a weekly schedule of activities in consultation with the women and girls and post it on the wall at the women space in a manner that's accessible/readable for women and girls accessing the SSWG
∎ Consult the women and girls on specific activities they would wish to carry out in the women's space
∎ Work with the women to agree on who will clean the safe space.
∎ Motivate and ensure teamwork among women and girl's safe spaces' facilitators and outreach workers for greater impact, in the community
∎ Develop monthly activity plans with indicator targets from logical frameworks based on the Detailed implementation plan in consultation with the GBV manager and Advisor
∎ Prepare Sub project proposal and event requisitions in advance based on the proposal narratives and budgets
∎ Write activity and monthly reports on progress of activities and lessons learnt
∎ Receive all field based visitors including donors, support offices and national office staff interested in the project implementation after consultation with the GBV manager and Advisor
∎ Supervise and support skills development for women and girls
∎ Organize meetings with women, men and adolescents to ensure effective participation and support in the respective project activities
∎ Conduct regular monitoring of project activities including skills development for Women and Adolescent Girls in handicraft and tailoring at the women safe spaces.
∎ Link up women and girls in need of GBV case management services at the center
∎ Support pre-distribution sensitization efforts and beneficiary identification on dignity kits
∎ Ensure that technical information pertinent to the project is obtained, documented and disseminated to staff as required.
∎ Develop contextual materials to facilitate community level sessions.
∎ Assist communities identify their priorities, opportunities and resources for effective GVB prevention & response, participation and psychosocial project implementation.
∎ Organize the awareness raising, campaign event/program in communities' level at camp area coordinating with women and stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Clear Understanding on the issues project has to work on.
∎ Knowledge on current development and emergence issues
∎ Good conceptual and practical skill to write project concept paper and design documents of the project.
∎ Good knowledge and skills in forecasting and budgeting
∎ Baseline survey, Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools.
∎ Good facilitation skill of Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs.
∎ Proven management and leadership ability
∎ Good communication and networking skill
∎ Chittagong/Rohingya language skills will be taken into consideration. Good command in English & Bengali, both written and verbal.
∎ Decision making and conflict resolution skills
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation
∎ Ability to work under stressful condition and adaptive to local culture and situation

Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
