Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any disciplines.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain, monitor and measure GBV project implementation and contribute to effective information management on GBV survivors, adhering to the national guidance on case management of survivors.
∎ Closely work with case workers, outreach workers etc to ensure that best practices are respected and international standards are met in responding and preventing GBV.
∎ Develop plans and activities in line with project.
∎ Facilitate the setting up and functional safe spaces for women and girls and supervise all safe space activities and community outreaches.
∎ Engage with the community and community representatives to understand needs and gaps in Gender-based violence programming
∎ Contribute actively to setting up the mobile outreach component - identifying needs and designing a modality adapted to the culture and context
∎ Maintain close contacts with local authorities in the Ukhiya upazila; collaborate with authorities as necessary to protect people affected by gender-based violence.
∎ Conduct monitoring to partner activities in their various locations in close coordination with the M&E officer.
∎ Conduct vulnerability and risk assessment visits to identify risks faced by women, men, boys and girls and people of gender and sexual minorities in their communities and mitigate these risks through referrals to other partners, provision of in-house services and advocacy
∎ Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality for all case-related information; protect the identities of clients in the design and implementation of all activities
∎ Submit quality reports as scheduled including but not limited to weekly, monthly etc.
∎ Provide technical and programmatic leadership to community based mechanisms such as women's networks in Cox's Bazar operational area as needed.
∎ Facilitate training to the volunteer based on vulnerability and risk assessment.
∎ Identify needs in regards to capacity building and liaise with Gender-based violence Team Leader and GBV Coordinator to address the needs
∎ Carryout any other duties as outlined by the supervisor
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Two years and above experience in similar position or related
∎ Fluency in English, additional fluency in Bangla and Rohingya an advantage.
∎ Computer literate especially Microsoft work, excel database and power point. Knowledge of other software an advantage.
∎ Experience of working on legal issues and civil society
∎ Willingness to travel and stay in remote areas as required.

Salary: Negotiable
