Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience in managing or coordinating GBV programs, preferably in emergency or humanitarian contexts.
∎ Strong understanding of GBV case management, survivor-centered approaches, and the Inter-Agency Minimum Standards.
∎ Experience working with Rohingya or other displaced populations will be considered a strong advantage.
∎ Good knowledge of protection frameworks, PSEA, and referral mechanisms.
∎ Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
∎ Mentally adaptable to work in FDMN camp and host in Cox's Bazar District.
∎ Strong facilitation and communication skills.
∎ Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.
∎ Organizational and time management skills.
∎ A deep understanding of women’s rights, gender equality, and GBV issues.
∎ Ability to work in multicultural and diverse settings.
∎ Commitment to safeguarding and ethical practices.
∎ Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
∎ Good analytical writing/report writing skill and also good command in MS word, Excel and power point.
∎ Ability to demonstrate values, core purpose, and principles of humanitarian work.
∎ Ability to receive and provide feedback and updates to achieve improved results.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with Self-awareness, cultural sensitivity, respect for diversity, flexibility, and adaptability.
∎ Good command of Chitagonian and Bangla, English language skills are an asset.
∎ Flexibility to perform other tasks and take initiative when required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the design, planning, and implementation of GBV prevention and response interventions.
∎ Supervise GBV case workers and ensure proper documentation, confidentiality, and survivor-centered approaches.
∎ Conduct capacity building and training for staff, volunteers, and stakeholders on GBV and PSEA.
∎ Coordinate with government agencies, GBV sub-sector, and service providers for referral pathways and joint actions.
∎ Ensure GBV data collection, reporting, and learning in accordance with ethical and safety guidelines.
∎ Support and monitor PSS (Psychosocial Support) activities within the Multipurpose Women’s Centers (MPWC).
∎ Conduct community awareness-raising activities to prevent GBV and promote gender equality.
∎ Contribute to proposal development, reporting, and assessments related to GBV and protection.
∎ Ensure integration of safeguarding, child protection, and inclusion standards in all GBV programming.
∎ Represent RWWS in inter-agency GBV coordination meetings and other relevant forums.
∎ Adhere to organizational safeguarding policies and ensure a safe environment.
∎ Report any safeguarding concerns or GBV incidents according to the protocol.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ The GBV Coordinator will oversee the planning, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of all GBV prevention and response activities across RWWS project locations. The role is responsible for strengthening GBV case management systems, coordinating with partners, and ensuring that survivors of violence receive timely and quality services.
