Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree (Pass)/ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
∎ Skills Required: Basic Computer skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcoming visitors, students, guardians in a warm and friendly manner, and answering any queries they have and direct them to the appropriate location/offices.
∎ Informing relevant offices/people about visitors and taking permission for them.
∎ Providing visitor-card to the visitor after making entry in the visitor register and taking the card back while visitors are leaving the campus premises.
∎ Maintaining the visitor register appropriately.
∎ Providing basic information on different programs to the enquirers.
∎ Ensuring the proper and smooth functioning of the works of the Gate House.
∎ Maintaining and updating the database and different files.
∎ Providing support to the Department of Logistics and Facilities/Office of the Registrar/any other relevant offices.
∎ Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong verbal and written presentation skills
∎ Excellent command on both oral and written in English and Bengali communication skills.
∎ A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
∎ Experience in the relevant field and educational institution is preferable but not mandatory.

Salary:
∎ As per University policy.
