• Strong clinical and triage skills with the ability to make swift and sound decisions in emergencies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-focused approach.

• High level of organizational skills to manage records, supplies, and routine health checks.

• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.

• Serve as the first responder to medical emergencies on campus, providing basic first aid, CPR, and triage support as required.

• Assess the condition of individuals needing medical assistance and make appropriate decisions for further care or referral.

• Coordinate with external medical facilities or emergency services as needed for severe cases.

• Offer general health consultations to students and staff, addressing minor ailments or injuries and providing appropriate recommendations or referrals.

• Maintain and organize medical supplies and first-aid kits across the campus, ensuring availability and readiness for emergencies.

• Promote a safe and healthy campus environment through regular health and wellness workshops and awareness initiatives.

• Maintain confidential records of all treatments and services provided in compliance with university policies and health regulations.

• Submit regular reports to university administration detailing health incidents, resource needs, and any other relevant health services information.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols as per the university standards.

• Conduct periodic health and safety checks in collaboration with university administration to identify and mitigate risks.
