Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise independently civil construction work of the University;
∎ Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or modifications and structural repairs;
∎ Resolve design and development problems;
∎ Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility;
∎ Make sure the project complies with the legal requirements;
∎ Ensure the day-to-day construction operations are done safely and timely while ensuring the highest quality standards;
∎ Managing all types of schedules and deadlines related to assigned projects;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
