∎ expert in relevant job, must be known about multiproduct (Jacket, Blazer, Quilting Jacket, Chino Pant, Denim Jacket, Shirt, Pant)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Calculate SMV on garments sketch for costing before handing over to the merchandisers.
∎ 2.Determine standard minute value to set up production target and planning.
∎ 3.Make final layout for bulk production.Prepare and maintain style wise layout and OB (operation breakdown).
∎ 4.Recommend the best methods of space, manpower, material and equipment utilization in production facilities.
∎ 5.Participate the daily & monthly production meeting for every new style.
∎ 6.Apply industrial tools and techniques in improving productivity and efficiency.
∎ 7.Thread consumption.
∎ 8.Observe the processes and develop idea for method improvement for production floor.
∎ 9.Coordinate with planning department for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, line plan and factory monthly plan based on the history of line and factory efficiency.
∎ 10.Coordinate among the different sections of IE and production departments to collect necessary data for analysis.
