Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any university.
∎ The textile background will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with designers/sample section to make sure the design suits production methods
∎ Work with pattern graders to size pre-production garments and advising cutters and machinists on making up samples
∎ Check sample garments and making any changes needed to make it production-friendly.
∎ Analyze risk for upcoming style and take preventive actions.
∎ Suggest and implement the correct method to produce quality garments.
∎ Check and verify pre-adjusted machinery to comply with specifications.
∎ Perform root cause analysis for any error and suggest corrective and preventive action.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ Must have experience working on Denim bottom. Preferably with European buyers.
∎ Knowledge of pattern making, grading and industrial workmanship.
∎ Good sense of communication.
∎ Fastness with accuracy.
∎ Positive team spirit.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good command of spoken and written English.
∎ Knowledge in CAD systems (Lectra or other pattern-making software).
∎ Proficiency in MS offices such as outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related drawing software.
∎ Must have experience working on Denim bottom. Preferably with European buyers.
∎ Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).
