∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Software Engineering, or a related field
∎ Unity Certified Developer
∎ Unreal Engine Certifications
∎ Certified C# Programmer / Certified C++ Programmer
∎ Game Development Certificate (Coursera, Udemy, edX etc.)
∎ Autodesk Certified Professional (3D Artist/Game Assets)
∎ Google Play Academy – Android Game Development
∎ AWS/GCP Certifications (Backend for Online Games)
∎ Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer
∎ Professional Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)

∎ Demonstrated experience with completed or live projects
∎ International collaboration or remote team experience is a strong advantage
∎ Minimum English Level: B1 (speaking, reading, writing)
∎ German proficiency is an added advantage
∎ Ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams
∎ Passion for interactive media, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
∎ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

∎ JavaScript game frameworks (Phaser, Three.js, Babylon.js)
∎ WebGL/Shader development

∎ Real-time multiplayer systems (MMORPGs, PvP, co-op)
∎ Socket.IO, WebRTC, Firebase, or Photon for online networking
∎ Backend integration for leaderboards, matchmaking, and server sync
∎ Scalable and secure real-time systems
∎ Native or cross-platform tools (Unity, Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift)
∎ In-app purchases, monetization, and analytics integration
∎ AR/VR game elements (ARKit/ARCore)
∎ Optimized performance for low-spec devices
∎ Unity or Unreal Engine-based development
∎ Gamepad/controller support
