∎ B S C in textile/ equivalent degree.
∎ Must have strong leadership skills.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall activities of I E department.
∎ Calculate cost effective SMV for garment costing.
∎ Involve in sample development stage to ensure production friendly garments.
∎ Simplify manufacturing process & increase efficiency and productivity of all orders.
∎ Initiate method implementation arrangement of gadget and other required elements for upcoming orders to reduce handling times and manual workers.
∎ Set KPI & monitor performance.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of resources.
∎ Follow up pre-production activities planning and ensure back to back feeding achieve targets without compromising quality.
∎ Prepare bulletin and propose resource utilization plan to execute orders on time.
∎ Train & motivate workers to achieve target without compromising quality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience on related field.

∎ Negotiable
