Educational Requirements:
∎ University Bachelors or Master's degree in social science/ development studies/ Laws or any other relevant field of development sector.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Starting Date: immediate hiring
∎ Contract Period: One year contract with a possibility of extension.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum five years of experience working with NGOs in developing programme and project implementation and report writing.
∎ Programme experience on child rights, child trafficking, and child labour, sexual exploitation of children, child abuse and SRHR will be an added value.
∎ High level skills and experience on Concept Notes and Proposal writing with good success rate on fund raising.
∎ Excellent leadership and negotiation quality, experience on coordinating with donors.
∎ Excellent presentation & report writing skills.
∎ Knowledge and prior work experience in fundraising will be given preference.
∎ Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in speaking and writing English is the most desirable with special skill in terms of proposal writing.

Salary:
∎ Salary Range: TdH Netherlands salary scale are negotiable based on experience
