Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
Job Context:
∎ Location: Based In The UK Or In A Country Where WaterAid Has A Presence
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improve data quality in relevant systems and support capacity strengthening among users through training, communications and technical support.
∎ Monitor system data quality and liaise with colleagues to improve quality. You will work with other colleagues to build and roll out a Power BI for monitoring quality and trends.
∎ Provide inductions and refresher training on the restricted funding process and system, and improve guidance and training materials.
∎ Respond to user queries and provide trouble shooting support, including the technical resolution of system bugs and liaising with internal IT support and external developers on implementation of change requests.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to learn new systems quickly
∎ Knowledge and understanding of funding cycles in a non-profit organisation
∎ Skills and experience in working with large and complex data sets
∎ Skills and experience in delivering software-user training and support service to a non-technical audience
∎ Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Salary:
∎ The UK-based salary for this role is £28,128 - £33,300 subject to experience with excellent benefits, national salary scales will apply for other locations.
