∎ Bachelor’s degree in development studies, economics, social development or relevant field.
∎ 3 years-experience in fund-raising portfolio in any INOG/NGOs.
∎ Having experiences developing proposals institutional and bilateral donors such as: DFID, FCDO, USAID, CHAF, SIDA and UN agencies.
∎ Having consistent experience in donor report writing and documentation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This role appears to be crucial in ensuring effective grant management, compliance, and communication with donors and partners. This role will be involved in various aspects, from reporting and fundraising to maintaining compliance with government regulations and fostering partnerships. PPD Manager will be supporting the Team Leader-PPD in terms of fund raising, identifying funding opportunities, developing CN/proposals.

∎ Proposal & partnership development:
∎ 1. Proposal and Concept Note Development:
∎ - Conduct thorough research on donor requirements, regulations, and priorities.
∎ - Collaborate with program teams to develop proposals and concept notes that align with RDRS's mission and the donor's objectives.
∎ - Ensure consistency, high quality, and competitiveness in all proposals submitted.
∎ 2. Relationship Building and Strengthening:
∎ - Foster transparent, respectful, inclusive, and accountable relationships with donors and partner organizations.
∎ - Champion core partnership principles such as responsibility, results-oriented approach, equality, transparency, and complementarity.
∎ - Promote effective communication and ensure quality service delivery within partnerships.
∎ 3. Communication and Engagement:
∎ - Facilitate proactive and reactive communication with donors and partners.
∎ - Schedule and conduct regular partnership management meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
∎ - Maintain open lines of communication outside formal partnership structures to strengthen relationships.
∎ 4. Partnership Life Cycle Management:
∎ - Implement RDRS's partnership strategy throughout the entire life cycle.
∎ - Conduct partner mapping and analysis to identify potential collaborators.
∎ - Oversee due diligence processes, project development, agreement development, start-up, implementation, monitoring, and accountability.
∎ - Coordinate effectively with program, operations, and finance teams throughout the partnership life cycle.
∎ Raising Funds for Rohingya Response Programme (RRP):
∎ 1. Donor Analysis: Understand and critically analyze donor priorities to align strategies and activities of RDRS HO (Head Office) and RRP team accordingly.
∎ 2. Proposal Development:
∎ - Develop high-quality proposals, concept notes, budgets, log frames, and implementation plans in accordance with donor requirements.
∎ - Ensure proposals are tailored to meet donor expectations and align with the organization's goals.
∎ 3. Funding Growth: Work towards achieving stable funding growth for AAB RRP portfolio through effective fundraising strategies.
∎ 4. Collaboration for Communication Materials: Collaborate with Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) and Communications teams to develop fundraising communication materials and positioning content for RRP.
