We are developing an advanced AI-powered chatbot that seamlessly integrates with WhatsApp, enabling businesses to offer personalized and efficient customer support at scale. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in building this platform from the ground up, collaborating closely with our dynamic team to bring cutting-edge solutions to life.

Job Responsibilities:

1. **Architect and Develop**:

- Lead the end-to-end development of our AI-powered chatbot platform using Next.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, OpenAI, LangChain and Tailwind CSS.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend services that power our chatbot’s AI capabilities.

2. **SQL and Data Migration**:

- Manage and optimize SQL databases, ensuring high performance and reliability.

- Perform data migrations to ensure seamless integration and smooth operation of our platform.

3. **Optimize and Scale**:

- Implement strategies to optimize performance and scalability, ensuring the platform can handle high volumes of data and user interactions efficiently.

- Continuously monitor and improve system performance, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing code.

4. **Collaborate**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define and execute on product requirements.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing sessions.

5. **Problem-Solving and Innovation**:

- Tackle complex technical challenges with innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible in AI-driven customer service.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, including LangChain and Tailwind CSS, to ensure our platform remains at the cutting edge.
