About Us
We are a Germany-based company building a B2B platform in the executive recruiting space. The product is already live with paying customers and is entering a phase of rapid, exponential scaling. You will work on a high-growth product with direct international exposure and impact.

Tech Stack
Laravel, Filament, Inertia.js, React, Mantine UI, PostgreSQL, WorkOS

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack features

• Build scalable backend services using Laravel

• Implement modern frontend interfaces using React and Inertia

• Contribute to product improvements and technical decisions

• Ensure code quality and participate in code reviews

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in software development

• Strong experience with Laravel and React

• Good understanding of web architecture and databases

• Experience working in an international environment is mandatory

• Ability to write clean, maintainable code

Nice to Have
Experience with Inertia.js, Filament, Azure, CI/CD, or automated testing (Pest)
