• Experience with SaaS or multi-tenant systems.

• Familiarity with microservices and event-driven design.

• Exposure to AI or ML-based system integrations.

• Knowledge of payroll, HRM, or ERP systems.

• Develop and maintain backend APIs using Laravel (PHP 8+) and MySQL/PostgreSQL/NoSQL.

• Build and optimize frontend interfaces with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.

• Integrate RESTful APIs, authentication, and microservice endpoints.

• Implement clean, reusable, and scalable architecture for multi-tenant systems.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect and responsive interfaces.

• Work with DevOps to deploy on cloud environments (AWS / DigitalOcean / GCP).

• Write unit tests and maintain code quality using version control (Git).

Participate in Agile sprints — review, plan, and document feature progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CSE / Software Engineering or equivalent experience.

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Laravel and Next.js / React.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT / OAuth2), and middleware.

• Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL and ORM (Eloquent / Prisma)

• Familiar with TailwindCSS, Redux Toolkit / Zustand, and TypeScript (bonus).

• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or cloud infrastructure is a plus.

• Strong debugging, documentation, and teamwork skills.
