Solyntra is expanding its front-end engineering team to support INOM CRM, a modern, AI-enabled fintech platform used by Australian finance companies. We are looking for a strong front-end developer who is fluent in both React and Angular, capable of building high performance UI modules, dashboards, and workflow systems.
This role is ideal for someone who loves clean code, scalable architecture, and pixel-perfect implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive UI modules using React JS and Angular
Convert Figma wireframes into modular, reusable front-end components
Improve front-end performance, load time, caching, and UX flow
Integrate REST APIs, authentication flows, and state management
Collaborate with back-end (.NET) developers to ensure smooth API integration
Implement component libraries and maintain a shared UI design system
Debug UI issues, handle cross-browser compatibility, and write maintainable code
Follow Git workflow, participate in code reviews, and maintain documentation
Work closely with QA to ensure high-quality releases
Contribute ideas to improve UX, scalability, and user workflows
Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on experience in front-end development
Strong expertise in React JS, Hooks, Redux/Context API
Professional experience with Angular 10+ (components, services, RxJS)
Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Experience with Tailwind, Material UI, Bootstrap, or custom UI libraries
Solid knowledge of API integration (REST), JWT auth, and error handling
Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in sprint cycles
Experience building dashboards or SaaS platforms is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, CRM systems, workflow automation
Familiarity with Azure App Services, CI/CD, or DevOps pipelines
Basic understanding of AI-supported UI (chat widgets, insight cards, etc.)
