Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, or a similar senior role. Backgrounds in the SaaS, AI, or FinTech sectors are highly preferred, as is experience working with established big brands or renowned marketing agencies.
Communication: Exceptional, near native proficiency in written and spoken English. You must be able to craft compelling, flawless copy tailored to sophisticated tech and business audiences.
Autonomous Execution: A proven track record of acting as a self-starter. You must be comfortable working independently, taking the initiative to solve problems, and managing projects end to end without needing constant direction.
Comprehensive Software Proficiency:
SEO & Analytics: Strong working knowledge of industry standard tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to drive organic growth and track performance.
Marketing & Branding: Expertise in social media management algorithms (especially LinkedIn B2B and YouTube), email marketing workflows, and CRM platforms.
Creator & AI Stack: Hands on experience with modern content production and AI tools (such as Canva Pro, Descript, Opus Clip, ElevenLabs, Runway, and TubeBuddy) to efficiently manage multimedia and video assets.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced, autonomous Digital Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our digital presence and marketing strategy across multiple ventures.
Your primary focus will be driving B2B growth, lead generation, and brand authority for two distinct technology companies: iNOM (an Australian focused B2B SaaS/CRM platform) and Solyntra (a cutting edge engineering and AI development centre). As a secondary objective, you will oversee and scale the Founder’s personal brand, which centres around AI, FinTech, and tech entrepreneurship.
This is a senior, highly autonomous role requiring flawless English, a deep understanding of modern technological trends, and the ability to execute comprehensive digital campaigns from strategy to implementation with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead Company Marketing (iNOM & Solyntra): Take full charge of all websites, social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), and digital platforms. Design and execute high converting B2B marketing strategies to drive adoption of the iNOM CRM in the Australian market, while building Solyntra's reputation as a premier AI engineering hub.
End to End Digital Strategy: Work independently to design digital marketing roadmaps, set KPIs, execute SEO/SEM campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and pivot strategies based on data.
Manage Personal Branding: Oversee the Founder's personal brand as an extension of the corporate ecosystem. Manage content strategy, distribution, and audience engagement for an established YouTube channel and social media presence focused on AI and FinTech.
Content & Brand Voice: Ensure all outward facing communication uses trendy, professional, and technically accurate language that resonates with B2B tech audiences, software engineers, and financial professionals.
