∎ Age 20 to 28 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare daily attendance reports, Keep records of employees’ outgoing and incoming data, and Update employees’ leave records.
∎ Receive incoming calls, redirect calls, or keep messages and make outgoing calls as required. Receive mail and couriers and distribute them in a timely manner.
∎ Welcome visitors and arrange tea and snacks for them.
∎ Office housekeeping and office store Inventory Management.
∎ Closely follow up with the logistic team, counseling them & regularly check the cleanliness of office premises.
∎ Check the daily expenditure (daily bazar and other expenses) & keep records.
∎ Take up the other duties assigned by the management.
