Job Opening: Front Desk Officer at Hospital
Location: Anowar Jong Road, Ashulia Bazar, Dhaka
Preferred Candidates: Female applicants only (local candidates preferred)
Position: Front Desk Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face customer service.
- Answer phone calls.
- Greet and welcome patients.
- Provide service information and manage appointments.
- Perform primary administrative tasks.
- Maintain and monitor the reception area.
- Utilize computer skills to manage software systems.
- Demonstrate good communication skills in English and Bangla, with a typing speed conducive to the role.
Office Hours: 9 AM - 9 PM
Job Other Benifits:
- Salary: within 20k also Negotiable

Festival Bonus: Applicable after confirmation
Weekend day off per week.
