Front Desk & Administrative Responsibilities
Welcome, greet, and assist guests, clients, investors, and visitors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and transfer calls as required.
Maintain visitor logs, attendance records, and reception registers.
Receive, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and official documents.
Keep the reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and presentable.
Maintain office files, documents, and administrative records efficiently.
Ensure office security by monitoring visitor access and preventing unauthorized entry.
Restrict entry to the Managing Director’s office without prior approval.
Prepare and submit daily work reports to management.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments when required.
Real Estate & Client Service Responsibilities
Maintain and update client, investor, and prospect databases.
Provide preliminary information regarding company projects, including land, apartments, resorts, and investment opportunities.
Support customer relationship management activities to ensure excellent client satisfaction.
