Responsibilities & Context:

Flixza Group is looking for a smart, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist for its Head Office. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Receive and handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently.

  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes when required.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, documents, and mails.

  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception area.

  • Maintain office files, documents, and manual attendance records.

  • Provide administrative and HR support as assigned by management.

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth internal communication.

  • Ensure office security procedures are properly followed at the reception desk.

  • Monitor office stationery and supplies and report shortages to management.

  • Assist management and departmental teams as required.

  • Maintain calm, polite, and professional behavior with employees, visitors, and guests.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
