আগ্রহী ছাত্রছাত্রী এবং অভিভাবকের সঙ্গে ফোনে সুন্দরভাবে গুছিয়ে কথা বলতে হবে এবং কনভিন্সড করতে হবে।
সেবা ও অফার সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্যের মাধ্যমে বিস্তারিতভাবে জানানো।
ক্লায়েন্টদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া এবং প্রয়োজনীয় নির্ভুল তথ্য প্রদান করা।
সিইও স্যারের কাছে প্রতিদিনের রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত ও জমা দিতে হবে।
