Responsibilities & Context:

Ideal Housing Ltd. is looking for an energetic, young, knowledgeable, good-looking, and confident receptionist.

Office Location: Aftabnagar, Dhaka.

Office Time: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

Weekend: Friday

Applicants who live near our office and have the appropriate qualifications will be given priority.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure a gentle and welcoming reception for walk-in Customers/Visitors with an appropriate and professional attitude.

  • Have to upload product image/price in different website & pages.

  • To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents and dispatch them to concerned end by keeping records.

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.

  • Identify customer/visitor needs and address in an appropriate and tender manner.

  • Excellent interpersonal/ communication skills with good command in English.

  • Perform any other general clerical duties.

  • Provide general administrative support required by the department.

  • Any other duties, as assigned by the management.
