∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field will be given priority but not requirement.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other fundamental computer knowledge.
∎ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is an advantage but not required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and assist visitors, clients, in a friendly and professional manner.
∎ Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information.
∎ Schedule appointments and manage bookings efficiently.
∎ Maintain a well-organized and presentable reception area.
∎ Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and report preparation.
∎ Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
∎ Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
∎ Support the Clients and consultant teams in handling customer queries. some
∎ Engage face to face dealings with clients, when necessary, as consultant
