- Handling emails and appointment scheduling tools
Technical/Soft Skills Advantage:
- Basic knowledge of handling Facebook Page / Instagram / WhatsApp Business
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Ability to handle the office phone system and maintain call logs
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and multitasking skills
Responsibilities & Context: - Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally
- Manage front desk tasks, phone calls, and messages
- Handle appointment bookings and maintain schedules
- Maintain visitor logs and manage basic clerical tasks
- Support office operations and assist in preparing client documents
- Assist with basic social media replies and updates when needed
