  • At least 5 years in student counseling, particularly in Canada/USA/Australia/Europe higher education.


Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking Senior Student Counselors to guide students on their study abroad journey. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of student visa processing, university admissions, and counseling services. The roles also involve mentoring junior counselors and contributing to our student recruitment operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise students on study options in Canada/USA/Australia/Europe, and other international education destinations.
  • Guide students through university and course selection, entry requirements, visa processes, and immigration policies.
  • Manage the student journey from initial inquiry to application submission and visa assistance.
  • Review and assist in the preparation of application documents, including SOPs, financial statements, and other necessary materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university policies, visa regulations, and DHA (Department of Home Affairs) visa requirements for Australian students.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior counselors and help improve team capabilities.
  • Coordinate with partner universities and participate in webinars, education fairs, and promotional events.
