  • Strong expertise in SEM, SMM, SEO, PPC, and content strategy.
  • Graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other tools.
  • Content creation for social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
  • Ability to design and deliver structured training on graphic design and marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bengali, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced IT skills: MS Office Suite, CRM.
  • Honest, reliable, proactive, hardworking, and able to perform under pressure.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads) focused on lead generation and brand awareness.

  • Create engaging content for social media, website, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

  • Manage daily social media activities, ensuring timely posting, responding to inquiries, and consistent brand presence.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and opportunities.

  • Improve website visibility through SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.

  • Collaborate with other team members to produce high-quality visual and written materials.

  • Track key performance metrics including leads, engagement, website traffic, and campaign ROI.

  • Maintain consistent company branding across all digital platforms.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
