Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a dynamic and professional “Reception Executive” to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the face of our company, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees.
- You will manage the reception area, answer inquiries, and support various administrative tasks.
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Manage visitor logs and maintain the reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials.
- Handle other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
