Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
∎ Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.
∎ Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
∎ Manage appointment scheduling for clients or visitors.
∎ Handle mail distribution and courier services (receiving, sorting, and sending).
∎ Maintain office security by following procedures such as visitor logs and issuing visitor badges.
∎ Provide administrative assistance to various departments, such as data entry, file organization, and document preparation.
