We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executives (fresh graduates) to assist students throughout admission and visa processing while ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding study abroad opportunities

  • Provide accurate information on admission requirements, application process, and visa procedures

  • Guide students step-by-step through application and documentation

  • Maintain regular follow-up and update students on their application status

  • Resolve queries and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

  • Coordinate with counselors and partner universities for efficient processing
