Experience Requirements:

Call Center, Online (web/ e-mail) Support, Tele Marketing, Telemarketing, telesales
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Candidates will have to make the outbound B2B, B2C calls.
∎ Driving capability and desire for Insurance Plans & Products sales & marketing.
∎ Competent skills in using a computer, especially in MS Word, MS Excel and Internet browsing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make outgoing calls to people and deliver prepared sales talks.
∎ Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for goods or services.
∎ Explain technical product or service information to customers.
∎ Answer customer questions about Insurance Company Products or Services.
∎ To try and sell the products and services to target people.
∎ Need to generate more leads from the people out called.
∎ Need to Support online chat software, Typing speed need to be moderate.
∎ Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it's very much suitable for them.
∎ Must have ability on multi tasking.
∎ Must have Good Communication skill in Bangla & English with proper Accent.
