- Candidates who have experience on front desk, Call & Guest attend will be given preference
Responsibilities & Context: - Day to day front desk operations
- Attend all in-coming and out-going calls and forwarding calls according to that
- Greet and welcome internal & external clients and guests with a professional manner
- Provide assistance to visitors with proper etiquette·
- Receive all kinds of email, letters, documents and delivered to the required person
- Responsible to handle all types of courier
- Keep the transportation records properly
- Maintain Employee Movement Register
- Handle queries and address complaints
- Any other work as required by the Management
