Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./ M.Sc. in CSE, IT, ECE or other relevant areas/ fields.

Job Context:
∎ The Test resource will be responsible for functional, and non-functional manual testing, ensuring the documentation to perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control of the released artefacts. The resource will be a key player in the test team, working closely with architect, development, operation and business team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to perform all phases and activities of STLC.
∎ Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
∎ Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
∎ Prepare test data.
∎ Test execution and issue reporting.
∎ Issue investigation.
∎ Mostly will perform manual testing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of the SDLC & STLC in an Agile environment, quality assurance and software testing.
∎ Good knowledge about different applications and systems like mobile app, enterprise systems, ERP etc, PC app.
∎ Knowledge on different test types like unit, integration, functional, system, smoke, regression etc.
∎ Nice to have knowledge on different black box test case design techniques like Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence partitioning, State Transition Testing, Decision Table etc.
∎ Nice to have knowledge on bug tracking tools like JIRA, Trello, Redmine etc.
∎ Nice to have knowledge of SQL and scripting.
∎ Work experience in software development is a plus point.
∎ Hands-on experience with both white box and black-box testing is a plus point.
∎ Ability to extract the non-functional requirements from the specification.
∎ Need to have good analytical skill
∎ Strong communication skills with all the key stakeholders.
∎ Strong English spoken & written skill.
∎ Overall a good team player.
∎ Nice to have experience working on Linux system.
∎ Nice to have Professional Certification in SQA like ISTQB.
Salary:
∎ During training period BDT 15,000.
After Confirmation BDT 25,000-35,000.
