Responsibilities & Context:
We are Painting & Renovation Service provider in Singapore.
Mainly we provide Painting Services. We provide customer support and you have to talk in English with your clients.
Working Time: Day Shift- 9 hours
Office time: Full time (9am to 6pm)
Responsibilities:
- You have to attend customer and communicate with them in English.
- You may provide service in Call or Text in English .
- Answering questions about services in English.
- Processing orders and transactions.
- Take responsibility and solve customer's complaints.
- Collecting and analyzing customer's feedback.
- Have to work in a team.
