• Master of Science (MSc)

BSc/MSc in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering (কেমিস্ট্রি বা পলিমার বিষয়ে ডিগ্রি)

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Experience

• 2-5 years experience in footwear/rubber/EVA/PU micro sheet production (ফুটওয়‍্যার বা মাইক্রো শিট প্রোডাকশনে অভিজ্ঞতা)

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of rubber compounds, EVA, PU, PVC formulations (রাবার, EVA, PU, PVC ফর্মুলেশন সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা)

• Experience in mixing, molding, foaming, curing process (মিক্সিং, মোল্ডিং, ফোমিং ও কিউরিং প্রক্রিয়ার অভিজ্ঞতা)

• Ability to develop and improve micro sheet quality (মাইক্রো শিটের কোয়ালিটি উন্নয়নের দক্ষতা)

• Knowledge of color matching and density control (কালার ম্যাচিং ও ডেনসিটি কন্ট্রোল)

Quality Control

• Ability to handle QC tests (hardness, density, abrasion, tensile strength) (বিভিন্ন কোয়ালিটি টেস্ট করার দক্ষতা)

• Ensure product meets buyer & international standards (বায়ার ও আন্তর্জাতিক মান বজায় রাখা)

• Problem Solving Identify production defects and provide solutions (প্রোডাকশন সমস্যার সমাধান করা)

• Reduce material wastage and production cost (খরচ ও অপচয় কমানো)

• Documentation & Communication

• Prepare technical reports and formulations (রিপোর্ট ও ফর্মুলেশন তৈরি)

• Coordinate with production & R&D team (প্রোডাকশন ও R&D টিমের সাথে কাজ করা)

Other Skills

• Good knowledge of safety & compliance (সেফটি ও কমপ্লায়েন্স জ্ঞান)

• Willing to work in factory environment (ফ্যাক্টরিতে কাজ করার মানসিকতা)
