∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Modify existing products and processes and develop new ones• To perform all sorts of QC activities as per set SOP.
∎ Check and improve safety and quality control procedures in your own and suppliers' factories, from the raw material stage through to the finished product
∎ Select raw materials and other ingredients from suppliers• Sampling and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
∎ Prepare quality reports including analytical reports for raw materials and finished products on stipulated time points.
∎ Monitors the performance of all production process continuously and tracks the performance of the production floor.
∎ Ensures that equipment used in the lab is technically superior, regularly calibrated and maintained properly.
∎ Ensures that quality policies and procedures are well documented, duly updated and appropriately circulated.
∎ Prepare product costings based on raw materials and manufacturing costs to ensure profitable products
∎ audit suppliers or manage internal audits
∎ Deal with any customer complaint investigations or product issues
∎ Design the processes and machinery for making products with a consistent flavor, * color and texture in large quantities
∎ Build relationships with suppliers and customers
∎ Ensure products are profitable
∎ To perform any other activities as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should be trained in Food Safety Management System or FSSC 22000
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla.
∎ At least 5 years of experiences with min. of 3 years of prof. experience in the similar field.
