Responsibilities & Context:
- Overseeing and ensuring the quality control of products
- Maintaining quality standards, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions
- They will collaborate with the production unit to provide guidance on quality requirements and resolve quality-related issues
- The Quality Manager will also be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain proper hygiene in production house
- Lead quality and food safety related audits
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are align with regulatory requirements, industry guidelines and organization’s policies
- Implement SOPs which may assist to generate more revenue
- Perform any tasks from management as per requirement
