Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth thus create sales leads and follow it up through different marketing efforts.
∎ Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
∎ Establish and grow our market share by developing and maintaining relationships with major group & clients
∎ Preparing the department budget as well as the hotel's overall sales goals and strategy
∎ Conduct professional representative of the hotel at various industry tradeshows, conferences, and adhere to the guidelines of the budget and marketing plan
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Motivate and guide the teams to improve performance and achieve set goals.
∎ Monitor the activities of sales personnel to assess performance and productivity.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing, advertising, and production heads to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance.
∎ Able to provide Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships.
∎ Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
∎ Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly.
∎ Executes and supports the company's Customer Service Standards and property's Standards.
∎ Serves the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to the company.
