Quality Controller/ Assurance
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide strategic leadership development & implementation of GMP.
∎ Establish all written procedure in compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP).
∎ To prepare & update SOPS related to QA & Others Department.
∎ Arrange batch release after evaluation of all batch documents.
∎ To perform Process validation & cleaning validation activity.
∎ Review of Product & documentation for continuously improving quality goal.
∎ Prepare Corrective Action Plan(CAP)of all sorts of complains regarding Finished Products.
∎ Follow up daily production meeting, efficiency& productivity standards to maintain its quality & production.
∎ To check & ensure the Quality Control Parameters of products through from raw materials to finished goods.
∎ Involve in sampling & pre productions, liaise with purchase dept.& vendors to do proper handover to ensure first time sample approval.
∎ Daily review of Laboratory testing reports & identify failures & take remedial actions to resolve the issues & provide require guidance to plant.
∎ Review product performance specs& test procedures of all product categories.
∎ Work with PPIC to review weekly,monthly& quarterly plans & ensure quality parameters of our in-house specification.
∎ to ensure the cleaning & hygiene condition of overall plant.
∎ Maintain quality SOP & responsible for quality & technical related issues arising in production & timely solutions to ensure on time delivery & zero quality claims.
∎ Reduce defects & make an action plan by analyzing the problems.Solve the quality issues & establish a Zero defect culture in the factory.
∎ Review audit findings daily & find remedial actions & ensure customers satisfaction.
∎ Provide training ,development & growth opportunities for employees regarding QA.
∎ Carry out any assignment given by the management as & when required.

∎ Age 22 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
