∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management/Event Management/Management/Marketing/ Administration with relevant work experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Catering, Guest Relation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Resort, Restaurant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Approves all booked activities, i.e., banquets and convention where food and beverage services are required.
∎ Conducts the training and development of F&B employees
∎ Creates and develops menu prices, beverage lists and prices and is responsible for the selection of condiments, linens, uniforms, and decor used within the property's facility
∎ Develops long and short-term objectives for the Food and Beverage Department
∎ Establishes and maintains effective internal controls within the department.
∎ Maintains an appropriate level of community public affair
∎ Responsible for event reservation and execution
∎ Maintains existing programs and develops new concepts that ensure the highest possible quality of food service.
∎ Creates in coordination with the Executive Chef food festivals or other entertainment programs
∎ Recommends equipment to be used and is responsible for the proper selection of all food and beverage products.
∎ Is responsible for the P&L of F&B.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum of 5 years working experience in recognized F&B companies or organisation is required. Trustworthy references are required
∎ Mature personality, very good command of English, familiar with etiquette.
∎ Should have an outgoing personality and be eloquent. Should be able to lead by example.
∎ Should be detail oriented and willing to participate actively in order to improve the services.
∎ The F&B Manager has to be familiar with different kinds of cuisine especially western food.
Salary: Negotiable
