• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or related field (preferred).

• 2+ years of Flutter development experience.

• Experience building and publishing apps in both Play Store & App Store.

• Understanding of mobile app security, data caching, and performance optimization.

• Experience working with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM) is a plus.

• Familiarity with state management, architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and modular app design.

• Experience in AI-driven application development is highly preferred.

• Previous work with RAG models, vector DBs, embeddings, LangChain, or LlamaIndex is a strong advantage.

• Experience with Flutter state management tools such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, MobX, etc.

• Experience in building or fine-tuning models for NLP, classification, recommendation, summarization, or computer-vision tasks.

• Work with APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, custom LLMs, etc.) and design scalable AI pipelines.

Job Context

Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), a prominent conglomerate in Bangladesh, is looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with strong expertise in building high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience in AI model development, AI-powered mobile apps and preferably exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, capability to manage end-to-end app development and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver a seamless mobile experience by developing applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.

• Ensure smooth and responsive user interactions by optimizing UI/UX and app performance across all supported devices.

• Maintain app stability and reliability by conducting testing, debugging and performance tuning to fix issues and improve functionality.

• Enable real-time and connected app experiences by integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Push notifications, and third-party SDKs.

• Ensure successful app deployment by managing store release processes including app signing, build generation, compliance, and versioning for both Play Store and App Store.

• Enhance applications with intelligent capabilities by building or integrating AI-driven features such as LLMs, text/image processing and embeddings.

• Support scalable and efficient AI performance by connecting mobile workflows with cloud-based or on-device AI models.
