Job Context:
∎ Job Type: Full Time
∎ Initial Contract: 3 Months
∎ Workplace: Work from Home
∎ Time: 3.00 PM-12.15 AM
∎ Weekly 5 days ( Friday and Saturday off)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mobile App Development: Developing cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
∎ Remote Collaboration: Effectively communicating and collaborating with team members, product managers, and designers in a remote work environment. This involves utilizing communication tools like Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams for meetings and updates.
∎ Code Writing and Review: Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code while participating in code reviews with other developers to ensure code quality.
∎ UI/UX Implementation: Implementing UI/UX designs and ensuring a smooth and visually appealing user experience in the mobile applications.
∎ Testing and Debugging: Conducting testing and debugging to identify and fix issues and bugs in the applications to maintain a high level of reliability.
∎ Performance Optimization: Optimizing the performance of the applications to ensure fast loading times and smooth user interactions.
∎ Version Control: Utilizing version control systems like Git to manage code repositories and collaborate with other developers.
∎ Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation for the codebase, ensuring that it is well-documented and easy to understand for other team members.
∎ Deadline Management: Managing tasks and projects effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time.
∎ Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile app development and Flutter to enhance skills and contribute to the improvement of the team.
∎ Remote Work Ethics: Adhering to remote work policies and maintaining a professional work environment while working from a remote location.
∎ Security and Data Privacy: Ensuring that the applications developed adhere to security and data privacy best practices.
∎ App Store Submission: Preparing and submitting applications to app stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store) and ensuring compliance with their guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
