∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Freight forwarding, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitors all active trucks on their current statuses and real time flags
∎ Responsible to co-ordinate with KAM and Ground ops team to assign trips for available trucks/ upcoming available trucks
∎ Monitor transit delay alerts and intervene wherever required. If any accidents then responsible for complete issue resolved
∎ Prepare and share daily trip status report to client (Ma ops KAMI - Status, Delay cases, Reason, action being taken, Revised ETA
∎ Maintains data of truck absence, repairing and other service interruptions
